CARE FOR EVERY KIND OF EVERYDAY

Physiotherapy care.
For your everyday life.

Explore physiotherapy care at our Kasavanahalli and Chikkanayakanahalli clinics in the Sarjapur Road area. You don’t need to choose a treatment yourself: start with an assessment and discuss what is appropriate for you.

01

Back & neck pain

Support for the discomfort that gets in the way of work, rest and everyday life.

What to discuss at your assessment

Talk through when the discomfort started, which activities make it noticeable, and how it affects sitting, sleep or movement. You can discuss work routines, previous episodes and any advice already received. An assessment is the starting point, not a promise that one treatment suits every cause of pain.

Helpful information to bring

  • When symptoms started and what has changed
  • Work, rest and movement difficulties you want to address
  • Any relevant reports or previous care advice
02

Joint & mobility concerns

Support for joint discomfort or reduced movement that affects everyday activities.

What to discuss at your assessment

Describe the everyday tasks that feel difficult, such as reaching, using stairs or getting up from a chair. Share any previous injury or surgery and what you hope to do more comfortably. Your goals and assessment findings guide the conversation about suitable care and follow-up.

Helpful information to bring

  • Which joint or movement is troubling you
  • Tasks you want to return to or manage more easily
  • Previous injuries, operations or relevant guidance
03

Sports injury rehabilitation

Support for sports-related injury and movement concerns as you return to the activities you enjoy.

What to discuss at your assessment

Tell us the sport or activity you take part in, how the injury happened and which movements are currently difficult. Discuss any prior assessment and your return-to-activity goals. Rehabilitation needs vary; a return date cannot be promised before your individual situation is understood.

Helpful information to bring

  • The activity and how the concern began
  • Current training or everyday movement limitations
  • Any existing injury assessment or care instructions
04

Post-surgical rehabilitation

A place to discuss rehabilitation needs after surgery and the next steps that feel manageable.

What to discuss at your assessment

When requesting an appointment after surgery, explain the procedure and when it took place. Ask how to share your discharge summary and the surgical team’s rehabilitation instructions. Restrictions and follow-up differ between operations, so the next steps need to fit your existing care guidance.

Helpful information to bring

  • The procedure and surgery date
  • Discharge advice and rehabilitation instructions
  • Movement restrictions or follow-up appointments already advised
05

Neurological rehabilitation

Support for people and caregivers seeking a rehabilitation assessment for neurological movement concerns.

What to discuss at your assessment

Patients and caregivers can contact the clinic to discuss neurological movement concerns and whether an assessment is appropriate. Describe the daily activities that need support and any guidance from the treating medical team. Confirm access and assistance requirements before travelling.

Helpful information to bring

  • Everyday movement or balance difficulties
  • Relevant medical-team advice and existing support
  • Caregiver involvement and access needs
06

Movement & balance

Support for older adults and caregivers who want to discuss mobility, balance and everyday movement.

What to discuss at your assessment

Discuss the activities that matter to you, such as moving around at home, getting out of a chair or walking outdoors. Mention changes in confidence, balance or the support you use. A caregiver can help explain practical goals and ask about arrangements for the visit.

Helpful information to bring

  • Walking, transfers or daily tasks that feel difficult
  • Changes in balance or confidence you want to discuss
  • Walking aids, caregiver support or arrival assistance

The same treatment range is available at both clinics. Suitability is assessed individually.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Before you
choose your care.

Is the same care available at both branches?

Yes. Dr Pooja treats at both locations, with the same range of physiotherapy care. Confirm the branch and appointment time when you call or message.

Will I need a package or a fixed number of sessions?

There is no fixed number of sessions for everyone. The ₹800 initial consultation and assessment does not commit you to a package. Discuss the proposed follow-up and separate treatment fees before deciding.

What should I mention when arranging an assessment?

Start with your preferred branch and appointment time. Ask the clinic how to share any relevant medical or surgical instructions securely, and mention any access or caregiver assistance you need. This website is not a medical-record upload service.

Choose your physiotherapy clinic

This page describes our care areas, not a diagnosis or personal treatment plan. An assessment determines whether care is suitable; outcomes vary. For urgent medical concerns, seek appropriate medical help rather than waiting for an appointment reply.
